The Birth of an Idea: The Encounter between Tradition and Creativity
It was September 2022 when, walking through the expanses of eucalyptus trees that still surround the Family Nurseries, the idea of creating a gin that would capture the essence of the countryside with a touch of refinement and originality began to sprout in Martina.
With determination and love, she dedicated herself to finding partners who could make what seemed like a dream come true. After months of experimentation, the final result is a gin with an enveloping taste, enriched by the fresh and aromatic notes of eucalyptus, perfect to accompany the most refined dishes.
The first micro-production of Gin Bongin was completed in March 2024.
