Born in 1983, Ais Sommelier, always passionate about cocktails. She wanted to turn her curiosity into something concrete. She constantly immerses herself in the culinary traditions and unique aromas that characterize her beloved Tuscany. In addition to her passion for Mixology, Martina has a deep love for nature, inspired by the beauty of flowers and plants. Sunflowers, with their vibrant cheerfulness, hold a special place in her heart, reflecting her personality. Martina enthusiastically shares her passions and loves to eloquently convey the beauty and value of the products she loves.
Gianni
Born in 1975, AIS Sommelier, with roots firmly planted in the Pistoia Mountains. He has always sought to refine his palate to appreciate the subtlest nuances of food and wine. A lover of sports and the mountains, he finds inspiration in the traditions of these places. Gianni accompanies Martina in this project to capture the essence of Tuscany and its rich mosaic of culinary traditions, to offer increasingly refined pairings optimized to enhance the raw materials and the philosophy behind each project.
