The Birth of an Idea: The Encounter between Tradition and Creativity
It was September 2022 when, walking among the eucalyptus groves that still surround the Family Nurseries, the idea began to sprout in Martina to create a gin that would capture the essence of the countryside with a touch of refinement and originality.
With determination and love, she dedicated herself to searching for partners who could make what seemed like a not-so-easy dream come true.
After months of experimentation, the final result obtained is a gin with an enveloping flavor, enriched by the fresh and aromatic notes of eucalyptus, perfect to accompany the most refined dishes.
The first micro-production of Gin Bongin was completed in March 2024.
